• During Fire Prevention Month discuss the evacuation routes for your home. Check the smoke alerts together. Discuss how to dial in case of emergency. Get down on the floor and look at the cabinets from a toddler’s point of view. Are there any chemicals, medicines, etc. a child could accidentally open in your home? Ask your children if they have any more questions.
